Asghar A. Rizvi, M.D. earned his medical degree from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency in Anesthesiology at Loyola University Center. He went on to complete a fellowship in Pain Management at New York University Langone Medical Center. Since 2013, Dr. Rizvi has been providing compassionate and comprehensive treatment to patients suffering from chronic pain. Dr. Rizvi employs the latest interventional techniques to maximize functionality and minimize dependence on oral medications.

Dr. Samip Morker, D.O. completed his residency and fellowship training at Rush University Medical Center and John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County in Chicago, where he gained extensive experience in managing complex pain conditions in diverse patient populations. Dr. Morker is dedicated to improving his patients’ quality of life through personalized, evidence-based care. Known for his empathetic bedside manner and collaborative care philosophy, Dr. Morker works closely with each patient to understand their goals and guide them on a path to restored function and relief. His goal is to provide compassionate, comprehensive treatment using a multidisciplinary approach, integrating physical therapy, lifestyle modifications, and cutting-edge, minimally invasive interventional procedures.

Dr. Sameer Shah, M.D. completed a rigorous anesthesia and pain management training program at Rush University Medical Center where he became well rounded in all aspects of pain management. Dr. Shah has a multidisciplinary approach treating all aspects of the patients’ chronic and acute pain utilizing medication management, physical therapy, pain psychology, and interventions/procedures to help improve function and quality of life.  His goal is to provide excellent patient care with superior patient outcomes while delivering on an efficient and novel approach. He is focused on providing the best patient experience possible by emphasizing patient education, involving the patient in a goal directed treatment plan, and promoting positivity.

FOSTER

Eric is a dedicated and compassionate physician assistant who brings spine and neurosurgery experience, both hospital and outpatient to our clinic. He earned his Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois.

ASHLAND

Robert is an empathetic and committed individual who brings both hospital and outpatient experience to our clinic. He earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Albany Medical College, following his undergraduate studies in Biological Sciences at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

FOSTER, ST. JOSEPH’S

Aidan is an individual who prioritizes patient-centered, evidence-based care. He earned his Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky where he obtained his Bachelor of Science and studies Human Health Sciences.

WESTERN, FOSTER

Ethan earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Findlay and Bachelor of Biological Sciences at Wright State University in Ohio. He was previously a PA in vascular surgery and worked with patients in the operating room, as well as inpatient and outpatient settings.
